This is specially designed for use as a base coat for concrete surfaces. It deposits a non-drying elastic film with excellent adhesion gives a perfect tooth for bonding of the subsequent thermoplastic material. It is quick drying and easy to apply. No significant time under-runs are expected from primer application.
